Vintage Indian dress

Gorgeous tie dye summer midi dress made in India in a beautiful brick red colour. This dress drapes gorgeously and is perfect for hot weather as it’s so breathable, but also works so well in cooler months due to its colour (last picture was taken on a cold September day). This dress can be styled so many ways, including being pinned back, worn backwards, belted at the waist, belted at the hips (for a shift dress/1920s look that is coming into fashion right now), as well as with a harness or waistcoat (I wore this with a tight waistcoat to a concert once and got multiple compliments on the dress). It has a metallic gold threading on the embroidery and beautiful vibrant psychedelic colour in the flowers, an asymmetrical hem, and a sleeveless round neck. This dress is one of a kind bought from a vintage shop. It’s a wrench to let it go but need to make space. My favourite way of wearing it is back to front with a belt on the hip, so boho.
