Originally a collaboration model between the American audio company Monster and Dr. Dre, it became synonymous with high-quality sound fashion headphones in the modern era due to various media appearances, and it was the catalyst for the iconic first-generation design, the popular red color.

Among the series at the time, it was the only model equipped with noise cancellation, powered by two AAA batteries, and produced a powerful sound that passive headphones couldn't match, with an overwhelming sound pressure that rivals current products.
The large ear pads also provide a good fit.

Wired specifications, which are starting to be reconsidered in the modern era where wireless connections are mainstream, allow you to enjoy the sound pressure of the large-diameter unit housing and the noise-canceled clean sound, powered by a battery-driven power amplifier.
Manual and accessories (except test batteries) are all included.
Detachable cable, includes a 3-button microphone cable and a mini-mini cable without a remote microphone. Each is 1.3m.

Purchased in the United States in 2012, it was used as one of my home monitor headphones and is still in active use.
The headphone unit is in good working order and has been well-aged.
The headband and ear pads have been replaced with new ones.
The folding hinge, which is known to be prone to damage due to aging, was found to be torn, so it has been reinforced with epoxy resin.
The slider also moves, but it is slightly harder to move due to the above reinforcement, but I have used it without any particular problems as I only used it indoors, hanging it on a headphone stand.
