There are 15 dolls in this set. However the dolls may not have been completed with their painted accents. As you can see, the headpiece is not painted on every doll. We also noticed that the hands were not painted on some along with possibly the back missing details. Although these may not have been finished, they are still functionable and very beautiful. Great unique gift, especially in this large of a size and set.
