Antique Noritake "Laureate" Gravy Boat with Attached Underplate Circa 1921

Rare item: Set your elegant vintage table with this beautiful gravy boat with attached underplate by Noritake. The pattern is called Laureate. It features sweet cottage style flowers in shades of pink that add charm and Grace. Narrow Blue Art Deco ban on the edge of the underplate and circle the gravy boat. The shape of the boat with its gentle curves on both ends gives this porcelain beauty elegance, as does all the gold gilt on the edge of both underplate and boat. Considering this is a rare antique piece from 1921 it's amazing the pristine condition it's in. Stamped on the base made in Japan Laureate US design patent 61235. Free of chips nicks crazing, etc. The gold is still pristine. This piece measures 9 inches wide at the whitest point stands 2 and one half inches from the bottom of the plate to the top of the boat.
