Für alle Herdarten geeignet. Durchmesser 25 cm, Höhe 12 cm. Der Topf besteht aus 8/18er Edelstahl. Die Griffe sind hitzeresistent, deshalb kann der Topf im Backofen bei bis 200 Grad Celsius benutzt werden. Achtung! Er hat eine Besonderheit: beim Abkühlen darf der Deckel den Topf nicht komplett verschließen. Es entsteht sonst ein Unterdruck und der Deckel verschließt den Topf. Man bekommt den Topf dann nur wieder auf, indem man ihn wieder erwärmt.
